Why We Built This
There are farms growing food, raising animals, running farm stands, hosting events and keeping agriculture moving every day. There are also families who want to support them.
The problem is that finding each other isn’t always easy. The Road Apple Company was created to bridge that gap by bringing local farms, food, agricultural businesses, events and resources together in one place.
Because supporting local shouldn’t be difficult.

Meet the People Behind It
Founder & CEO / Chief Road Apple Wrangler
Ellie is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience building a photography business before expanding into branding, marketing and digital development. With deep roots in agriculture and the Ocala community, she founded The Road Apple Company after recognizing a simple problem: local farms, food and agricultural businesses are often harder to find than they should be. Road Apple was created to help change that.
